About the event
DAV and the Commander and Adjutants Association of the DAV host the Mid-Winter Conference each year in Arlington, VA. This allows for updates on VA processess and news, visits with State Reps on Capitol Hill, and culminates in the DAV National Commander's Address in front of a Joint Session.
